PCAlert® leverages your existing IT network investment and connectivity to enable any networked desktop or laptop computer to become an alarming beacon to various emergency situations. Designed for schools, educational and healthcare campuses, corporate centers and other large facilities, PCAlert® is a cost-efficient, user-friendly and easy to implement enhancement to emergency notification capability.
How it Works: PCAlert® is loaded onto a computer, residing on the same network as a Centurion Elite® unit (sold separately), that you’d like to provide the alarming capability to. PCAlert® is then linked to the Centurion Elite® and it will begin monitoring for alarm notifications. When an alarm is activated PCAlert® will overtake the screen displaying the text-based notification as well as playing an alert tone.
