Technicians
Josh does radio programming, bench repairs, service calls and radio installations out of our Green Bay facility. Dalton is primarily in the field doing service calls and installations Ben works in our upfitting department focusing on vehicle upfitting in squad cars, fire trucks or any public safety, public works or utility vehicle. Andrew works out of our Neenah office servicing our Fox Valley customers doing bench repairs, programming of radios, field service calls and system installations.
Management & Administration
Cameron is the one you first meet when you visit our Green Bay location. He is responsible for our Green Bay customer service, purchasing and order fulfilment. Stephanie is the smiling face at our Neenah office who keeps all of our customers in the Fox Valley and surrounding area happy. Leads all of NCI’s marketing, using data-driven strategies to support sales, strengthen our brand, and deliver measurable results Steve oversees operations and sales, ensuring every customers needs are met with care while building the strong, family-focused culture NCI is known for.
