Technicians
Josh does radio programming, bench repairs, service calls and radio installations out of our Green Bay facility. Dalton is primarily in the field doing service calls and installations Ben works in our upfitting department focusing on vehicle upfitting in squad cars, fire trucks or any public safety, public works or utility vehicle. Trevor works in our upfitting department equipping public safety, public works, and utility vehicles with specialized upfitting equipment and two-way radio communication systems. Andrew works out of our Neenah office servicing our Fox Valley customers doing bench repairs, programming of radios, field service calls and system installations. Steve works out of our Salem office servicing our customers by doing bench repairs, programming of radios, field service calls and system installations.
Management & Administration
Sue leads our accounting and human resources operations, overseeing financial management, payroll, and employee relations to keep our team supported and our business running smoothly. Cameron is the one you first meet when you visit our Green Bay location. He is responsible for our Green Bay customer service, purchasing and order fulfilment. Stephanie is the manger at the Neenah office, keeping our customers happy across the Fox Valley and surrounding areas while managing accounts receivable, invoicing, and daily office operations. Leads all of NCI’s marketing, using data-driven strategies to support sales, strengthen our brand, and deliver measurable results Steve oversees operations and sales, ensuring every customers needs are met with care while building the strong, family-focused culture NCI is known for. Ben leads our team as Operations Manager while focusing primarily on two-way radio and vehicle upfitting solutions for our public safety customers. Rick serves as General Manager of our Salem Lakes location, overseeing overall business operations and leading the team to deliver exceptional service and support to our local clients.
